1. Use dolls with different skin tones, from diverse cultures & with diverse abilities in play
2. Provide opportunities for children to look at and discuss similarities & differences in their appearance, including their skin &eye colour, hair colour. This could be whilst watching your favourite movies.

4. Talk about different food and eating styles and use a variety of utensils during mealtimes
5. Provide clear messaging to children around respect, kindness and empathy for the diversity in their class at school, or club or neighbours and talk about appreciating both differences and similarities.
